Cardio & Strength Class for Women

Begins March 26, 5:15 – 6:00  (Tuesdays & Thursdays until April 30)

Are you ready for warmer weather, sleeveless tops and shorts? Lauren Risner, a certified personal trainer, is here to help you get in shape! Join other women for a fitness class that combines a variety of exercises to help increase cardio endurance while strengthening muscle. You will get a complete workout that will help tone and reshape your body. Core workout is also included. Please bring 5 or 8 lb weights to use in class.  Cost is $5 per class or $30 in advance.
