Cardio & Strength Class for Women

Begins January 22, 5:15 – 6:00  (Tuesdays & Thursdays for 8 weeks)

Ready to get started making 2019 your healthiest and happiest year yet? Lauren Risner, a certified personal trainer, is here to help! Join other women for a fitness class that combines a variety of exercises to help increase cardio endurance while strengthening muscle. You will get a complete workout that will help tone and reshape your body. Core workout is also included. Please bring 5 or 8 lb weights to use in class.  Cost is $5 per class or $40 in advance.
